Coventry Oaks Pavilion Wedding | Akron Ohio Wedding Photographer

A few days before the 4th of July we joined in a special celebration for Melissa and David. Their special day was very sweet and took place at Coventry Oaks Pavilion. It is a beautiful little spot in the Summit Metro Parks. I am already looking forward to our wedding at Coventry Oaks Pavilion next summer. 

Once again Sitting Pretty Linens did a beautiful job with the tables and back drop. Lovely.

I love walking into a home and finding the perfect spot to display a wedding gown. This rounded window in this beautiful living room with extra high ceilings was perfect for this gown. i always enjoy weddings where we can really soak it all in and tell the whole story of the day from start to finish. 

 This bride brought in a wonderful styling team. Their business is called Beauty Therapy and they did a beautiful job on the bride's hair and make-up. 

The up lighting was great and added a special touch to the room. This last shot was 100% in the moment. I love catching these little moments.  A huge thank you to the Bennetts for allowing us to capture your special day. More weddings and engagement sessions will be on the blog soon! Until then, I am off to meet with a bride, shoot a few mini sessions, and prepare for our wonderful couple this weekend! 

A Beautiful Spring Wedding | Canton, Ohio Wedding Photographer

This was another beautiful wedding that I had the honor of second shooting with Loren of Sharpe Images Photography. The couple could not have been any sweeter and it was clear that they were meant for each other. I love getting to see such a special love between two people. Their ceremony was beautiful and then we arrived at their even more stunning reception. We walked into tall gold gold center pieces with the room covered in a golden glow of candle light. The speeches were incredibly heart felt and the number of couples who have had long lasting marriages was truly heart touching. Anniversary dances make me cry almost every time. Something about thinking about being with my husband that long just melts my heart. So sweet.

I love the special personalized touches the bride and groom included. Josh is a volunteer firefighter so they drove off in an engine and he kept the hat for portraits.

The fire engine was such an awesome added touch to their portraits. Do you have anything that you could add that is special to you for your portraits? These guys were full of ideas. They played football and Frisbee
